I'm usually uneasy about taking my BMW anywhere other than the dealer, but M Service changed my mind. I brought in my M8 Competition for brake replacement, and they delivered exactly as promised, on time, at a price noticeably below what BMW quoted — and the final bill matched the quote with no surprises. What stood out most was their knowledge. I asked about a few other things I'd been considering for the car, and the advice I got was genuinely expert, not a sales pitch. The staff was courteous and patient with every question I asked. If you own a BMW and have been reluctant to go outside the dealer network, this is the shop. Highly recommend.

It’s a good feeling to do business with very competent people. I had a good feeling about this business from the first minute I walked into M Service. The office section was neat and clean; the vehicle repair bays were neat and orderly; the parking lot was neat and appeared safe for a vehicle to be stored overnight. The owner and staff took time to greet me and talk to me. I told them what I wanted done and they explained what they were going to do. I feel that had I gone to the dealership from where I bought the car, the dealership would have performed unnecessary repairs and charged me a fortune to do it. My experience with most dealerships is that they diagnose your vehicle in an inspection and point out repairs or problems that you thought were not a problem. The dealerships point out repairs that you don’t actually need at the time, just so that they can make money. M Service provided their expert opinion on whether additional repairs were needed at the time, and they charged a fair price for the work done. I recommend this business to anyone needing service on their foreign vehicle. Greg Underwood

Used M Service, Inc. on two recommendations from family members. Had my BMW serviced there in early April for some brake issues. I was so impressed with my first experience there. The staff, in particular, Dominic, were SUPER responsive and polite. They explained the entire process of repair, provided an estimate of charges, and kept me posted with text messages throughout the day. Then, when all was complete, I received a link that took me to an AMAZING review of the entire car's systems, everything checked off as passing inspection, complete with several pictures of parts and screen shots from the car. It was AWESOME and gave me confidence that they had really done a complete inspection. They used ALL BMW parts, and skipped nothing. I had a problem picking up the car before they closed, but they had outside lock boxes and placed my keys in there so I could pick it up early in the evening at MY convenience. All in all, a 15 on a scale of 10. I will be returning with both my BMW and my Mercedes for my future service needs. A first-class operation.

The service/maintenance/repairs done at MService has always been outstanding. I recently took my 1994 BMW 540i in as it did not pass the first run of its smog test. Because I had not driven it for quite some time there were a lot of major issues with the car. The service I received was done very professionally and with great thought. From the first day I dropped off my car until I received it 10 days later, Brandon and the excellent tech team kept me updated almost daily as to what needed to be done to the car in order to get it running in the best order as possible. Kudos to all the great people who worked on my car! BTW, I breezed through my smog re-test. My best regards, M. Piper

We had M service flush our brake system, replace some worn and leaking coolant lines and hoses that were damaged, and replace the original 12V batteries in our 2016 X5. Hybrid. They also resealed a leaking valve cover and thermostat housing on my 2003 E39 M5. An arduous task that I surely wasn’t looking forward to. Great communication, excellent diagnosis and repair work. Very upfront and helpful gathering and delivery of information prior to work and summation thereof. I’d heard great things about this shop for decades. But never used them because I typically do most of my own repairs, maintenance, or modification. Life has got me in a place where I needed to chose where and how I spend my time more wisely so I entrusted them to treat my vehicles as their own. Couldn’t be happier about my decision. The owner is an avid enthusiast himself along with the majority of his team. From the moment you speak to the gentleman at the front desk you’re treated like a friend and they’re always offering their assistance, knowledge, or expertise without being condescending or over the top at all.
